Pearl Charters
Pearl Charters was a Miami-based yacht charter agency. I worked closely with the founders to create the business’ website with an enquiry / booking experience that mirrors the agency’s aim of providing a seamless experience to every guest.
Note: While the agency didn’t move forward with the project, the founders were pleased with the work I delivered and asked me to take on another project as a result.

Within a saturated yacht rental market in Miami, many companies' booking process still required unnecessary back-and-forth, such as asking for a quote or engaging in lengthy email exchanges. The founders of Pearl Charters envisioned a simplified experience and a website that acted as the front desk of their service.
Designing the booking form
Choosing to start with questions regarding the yacht experience instead of the customer's personal information was an attempt to maintain the seamless flow from browsing yachts and preserve the excitement of envisioning their ideal experience.
